RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you want to make and an exchange or return you just need to email us at customercare@stylealaporte.com requesting an exchange/return authorization number and send your item(s) back to us within 30 days after receiving your order.  The return/exchange is free of charge. You can email us in English or Spanish. 

• For returns, we will refund your item as soon as we receive it. 
• For exchanges, we will ship the new size of your item without any extra charge.

OUR POLICY

Items must be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
 All items returned should indicate an exchange/return number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
